As you may have noticed, we refreshed the CHEQROOM app’s user interface.
We gave the app a little extra touch by changing fonts, colors, backgrounds, and much more. Who said makeovers were only for people?
The most noticeable change is the redesign of our login page. It gives you an overall better experience, and it’s more pleasant to the eye.
Improved Single Sign-On
Next to the fresh design, we also improved our sign-up flow.
If you have Single Sign-On enabled, CHEQROOM will automatically recognize if the organization already exists. We notify the user, and they can choose to join the right organization. This fix prevents users from creating standalone accounts that aren’t linked to your organization’s workspace.
Equipment rooms can be dark places. With our latest improvement, you can turn on your flashlight straight from the scanning screen. This will help you scan your asset tag more easily. Simply tap the icon in the top left corner. Happy scanning!
Besides taking an item into custody for yourself, you’re now able to scan and assign an item to another user using the custody feature on your phone. That’s right, custody on the go!
No one likes pixelized pictures, right? We increased the picture size of the QR codes to improve the printing quality.
We have updated the Reporting Module to make it easier for you to find the data on which you need to report. ✨
This update includes:
So don’t worry when you don’t see the familiar page and report names, all reports that you had access to, still exist! They only might have a different name, one that actually should make more sense upon browsing through your reports.
If you have any questions about this update, don’t hesitate to reach out!
Whenever someone creates an item, you can set up automated email, push, and (soon) SMS notifications.
That's all, folks!
You don't want people to book broken items, do you? Good news: they'll now be taken out of your active inventory automatically. How? You can now define the impact flags have on equipment availability. 👊
It's always nice to see a full overview of your history data in the timeline. But when your timeline starts to get longer and longer, an easy filter option to get some relevant information might be pretty useful. So we decided to add it and we hope you like it as much as we do. 🤩
